Role Description
- The General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient distribution, sales performance, and high quality service across B2B and B2C channels.
- This part time, hybrid role is based in Dubai, with a mix of on site work at company and client locations and some work from home flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing strategic partnerships, supervising gym design and installation projects, and coordinating after sales service, maintenance, and consulting activities.
- Leading and supporting cross functional teams, monitoring financial performance, optimizing processes, and aligning business activities with company goals.
- Representing the company at industry events, nurturing relationships within the regional fitness community, and identifying new business opportunities across the GCC.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills, including team supervision, performance oversight, and cross functional coordination.
- Experience in business development, sales, and partnership management, ideally within sports, fitness, or related industries.
- Strong operational and project management skills, covering gym design, supply, setup, and after sales service.
- Financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring profitability and cost controls.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships across diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problem solving abilities, with a focus on process improvement and long term growth.
- Familiarity with GCC markets and regional business practices; previous experience in the Middle East is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Sports Management, or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
- Comfort with hybrid work arrangements, strong time management skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Passion for sports, fitness, and wellness, with an understanding of current industry trends and customer expectations.
