We're looking for a Regulatory Compliance Lead who will play a key role in evolving Affinity’s Regulatory Compliance Management Framework.

We are looking for deep regulatory expertise and a passion for helping organizations navigate complex requirements with confidence.

What you’ll do

• Monitor changes in financial services legislation, regulations, and industry guidance, assessing impacts and recommending appropriate actions.
• Identify compliance deficiencies and gaps while providing new requirements to the appropriate business unit sponsor.
• Manage complaint investigations and resolution for escalated member concerns related to financial services, using complaint trends and root cause analysis to identify corrective actions and opportunities for improvement.
• Promote a risk culture that underpins Affinity’s core values and is regarded as a key objective in business decisions and processes.
