We're looking for a Business Analyst who wants to work at the systems intersection of finance and technology.

Working closely with our Platforms team, you'll support the evolution of key business systems, including lending (nCino & Prolender) and CRM (Salesforce) platforms, by translating business needs into effective solutions.

What you’ll do

• Facilitate alignment between stakeholders and solution delivery teams to ensure business requirements are clearly understood and reflected in proposed solutions.
• Support stakeholders in evaluating, designing, and implementing business solutions by providing analysis, business context, and insight into risks and impacts.
• Analyze business needs, processes, and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement and support business objectives.
• Develop business cases, impact assessments, and recommendations that support prioritization and decision-making.
