Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate the company's local licensing initiatives, including PTSP and other regulatory requirements
- Serve as the primary liaison with the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) and other relevant authorities
- Manage regulatory submissions, official correspondence, documentation, and follow up activities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses to regulatory requests and compliance requirements
- Monitor regulatory developments and provide guidance on their business impact
- Build and strengthen relationships with local banks, payment providers, digital wallets, payment gateways, and financial institutions
- Identify partnership opportunities that support market growth and operational success
- Support commercial discussions and local business development initiatives where appropriate
- Assist with the establishment and ongoing management of the company's Saudi operations
- Support governance, compliance reporting, and regulatory obligations
Requirements
- Saudi National (Mandatory)
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience within banking, fintech, payments, financial services, compliance, regulatory affairs, or related sectors
- Strong understanding of Saudi regulatory frameworks and financial services regulations
- Experience interacting with regulators, government entities, and financial institutions
- Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship building skills
- Highly organized, professional, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Strong reputation for integrity, reliability, and professionalism

Requirements

- Experience supporting PTSP licensing or similar financial services licensing processes
- Existing relationships within Saudi banks, payment institutions, or regulatory bodies
- Legal, compliance, public policy, or regulatory background
- Experience supporting market entry projects or entity establishment initiatives
- Business development or partnership management experience within financial services
