Role Description
THC Consulting FZE is partnering with a leading multinational healthcare organization to identify an experienced Regulatory Affairs Manager to join their team in Dubai.
This is a strategic opportunity for a regulatory professional with 8+ years of experience to lead regulatory activities, ensure compliance across product portfolios, and work closely with health authorities and cross-functional stakeholders across the UAE and international markets.
The role involves developing and implementing regulatory strategies, managing regulatory submissions, and supporting new product launches.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead regulatory submissions, registrations, renewals, and variations.
- Develop and implement regulatory strategies aligned with UAE and international requirements.
- Liaise with health authorities and regulatory bodies.
- Review product documentation, labeling, and promotional materials.
- Support new product launches and product lifecycle management.
- Monitor regulatory changes and advise internal stakeholders accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with Medical, Quality, Commercial, and other cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant Regulatory Affairs experience.
- Strong knowledge of UAE regulatory requirements, with international regulatory exposure.
- Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related scientific field.
- Proven experience in product registration and regulatory submissions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Aesthetics experience is highly preferred, particularly with aesthetic products, medical devices, or related healthcare portfolios.
- UAE regulatory experience is strongly preferred, along with exposure to international markets.
