The employer is seeking an experienced business development professional who can generate business without an extended training period.
This is a results-driven role with a fixed salary and uncapped performance-based commission.
Candidate Profile
- Proven B2B sales or business development experience is required.
- A strong UAE business network and existing contacts are required.
- Candidates must identify decision-makers, open conversations quickly, and generate leads, meetings, proposals, and clients.
- Strong communication, negotiation, closing, independence, ownership, and target orientation are expected.
- Prior experience in technology, AI, recruitment, real estate, SaaS, digital services, or B2B solutions is advantageous.
- Candidates with a valid UAE residence visa are preferred.
Performance Expectations
- Generate activity and opportunities from day one.
- Complete at least 300 targeted outreach activities, 100 qualified prospects, 40 meaningful business conversations, 12 qualified meetings, and 200 follow-ups each month.
- Focus on qualified opportunities, decision-maker meetings, proposals, new clients, revenue, partnerships, and repeat business.
Products and Services
- Sell recruitment and staffing services, AI and technology solutions, digital services, and other THC business solutions.
- Sell Bellokey real estate technology and Blingram social and creator technology.
Compensation
- Compensation is AED 4,000 per month plus uncapped commission.
- Strong performers can increase their income through commission.
