Registered Safety Officer

We are seeking a proactive, safety-first Registered Safety Officer who shares our commitment to elevating urban mobility through technological innovation, operational efficiency, and uncompromising field safety. As a Registered Safety Officer , your key responsibilities will be:

• Ensure the company complies with all relevant safety laws and guidelines

• Conduct regular safety inspections to identify areas for improvement

• Develop and deliver training programs on quality, environmental, safety protocols and best practices

• Implement MTR General Specification & Particular Specification

• Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and standards

• Prepare safety reports and documentation for management review

• Liaise with regulatory bodies and external safety organization

• Looking into the causes of occupational injuries, near-misses, or industrial diseases and offering remedial solutions

• Performing detailed risk and hazard evaluations for specific lifts and escalators work

• Diploma or above in Safety Management or related discipline

• Holder of Registered Safety Officer (RSO) from Labour Department

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in safety management

• Experience in conducting safety audits and incident investigations

• Familiar with ISO, audits & local safety regulation

• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards

• Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese

• Visio interview with Pay, Global HSEQ Manager - 1 hr

• Visio interview with Billy, Managing Director - 1 hr

• Visio or face-to-face interview with founders - 30 mins
