- Assess patients and develop, implement, and evaluate individualised nursing care plans.
- Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and responses to treatment.
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and prescribed treatments safely.
- Perform wound care, specimen collection, and other clinical nursing procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
- Follow infection prevention, patient safety, and hospital quality standards.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and discharge care.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Participate in clinical handovers, quality improvement, and emergency response activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent recognised qualification.
- Current Registered Nurse licence and eligibility for registration with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ACLS is desirable for specialised units.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Previous hospital experience in medical surgical, ICU, emergency, operating theatre, or specialty nursing is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary and multicultural healthcare environment.

- Saudi German Health (SGH) is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high quality, patient centred care across its hospitals and specialist healthcare facilities. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will assess patients, deliver evidence based nursing care, administer treatments, and support positive patient outcomes.
