At Saudi German Group, We’re looking for a results-driven

Marketing Manager

to join our hospital team in

Mecca branch.

This is not a traditional marketing role, we’re looking for someone who understands performance, conversion, and ROI in a healthcare environment. responsible for driving patient footfall, service utilization, and brand presence at the hospital level while ensuring full alignment with corporate brand strategy, governance, and priorities. The role translates corporate strategy into disciplined local execution with measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Strategy Execution & Alignment:**
  • Execute corporate marketing strategies at the hospital level, ensuring full compliance with brand guidelines and acting as the key liaison between hospital and corporate teams.
  • **Patient Growth & Performance Marketing:**
  • Drive patient acquisition and specialty growth through data-driven, conversion-focused initiatives, leveraging market insights and continuously optimizing the patient journey.
  • **Digital Marketing & Conversion Optimization:**
  • Lead and execute digital campaigns aligned with corporate direction, maximizing performance, supporting digital services adoption, and improving conversion across all channels.
  • **Community Activation & Stakeholder Engagement:**
  • Deliver community programs and partnerships while collaborating with doctors and internal stakeholders to support specialty growth and ensure alignment on messaging.
  • **Patient Experience & Branding:**
  • Enhance patient experience and ensure consistent hospital branding across all touchpoints, including physical spaces, communications, and internal initiatives.
  • **Agency & Budget Management (ROI Focus):**
  • Manage agencies and marketing budgets effectively, ensuring efficient spend, measurable ROI, and transparent performance tracking.
  • **Governance & Reporting:**
  • Ensure compliance with corporate governance and deliver accurate, timely performance reporting while proactively addressing risks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, with strong exposure to performance marketing and lead generation
  • Proven track record in driving measurable growth (customer/patient acquisition, conversion rates, revenue impact)
  • Hands-on or strong working knowledge of digital marketing channels
  • Experience in managing agencies and marketing budgets, with clear focus on ROI and performance tracking
  • Healthcare or hospital experience is a strong advantage (experience working with doctors or service-based environments is a plus)
  • Arabic and English proficiency
