Renewal Falls Recovery Center, in partnership with Ascension Recovery Services, provides evidence-based treatment for individuals experiencing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.

As a Registered Nurse, you will:

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments upon admission and throughout treatment
• Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with provider orders
• Monitor patients during detoxification and throughout residential treatment
• Assess and respond to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, therapists, behavioral health technicians, and case management staff
• Provide patient education regarding medications, recovery, wellness, and discharge planning
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical documentation
• Respond appropriately to medical emergencies and crisis situations
