We are seeking a **Female** Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care and will be responsible for administering medications, monitoring patient health, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor patients for any adverse reactions.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ health, including vital signs and medical history.
- Provide direct patient care, ensuring comfort and support throughout their treatment.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in nursing.
Requirements
- Valid nursing registration with the appropriate regulatory body.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to patient care.
- Proven experience in medication administration and patient monitoring.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a calm demeanour.
