Registered Manager

Lead and forge strong relationships with target, core, and active clients.

Be proactive within the community care market and take action to obtain and maintain competitor insights.

Meeting families and conducting assessments/ care planning.

Writing up and overseeing review for care plans and assessments.

Attending visits and networking within the sector such as registered manager forums, provider meetings, and opportunities to promote the service where required.

Be the point of escalation for rota management and complaint management.

Speaking with Families about repeat issues.

Negotiation of terms, pricing, and packages of care reviews

Managing the team, including reviews, KPI setting, performance and conduct.
