Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans for our patients, taking into account their medical history, food preferences, and dietary restrictions
- Conduct nutrition assessments and counseling sessions to educate patients on healthy eating habits and lifestyle changes
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes
- Monitor and report patient progress, making adjustments to nutrition plans as needed
- Stay current with industry developments and research, applying evidence-based practices to enhance patient care
Requirements
- Certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
