Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Dietitian (RD) to join our team at Morristown Post Acute Rehabilitation & Nursing Center. Responsibilities
- Conduct initial nutrition assessments and develop patient-specific meal plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers
- Conduct regular follow-up assessments to monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to meal plans
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement policies and procedures related to nutrition and food services
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care and nutrition plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient satisfaction surveys
- Provide educational in-services to staff on nutrition-related topics
