Responsibilities
- Prepare and review civil engineering designs, drawings, and specifications for infrastructure and land development projects
- Conduct site assessments and perform technical calculations
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure designs comply with local codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations
- Plan and oversee stormwater management systems, drainage networks, and related civil works
- Support project scheduling, cost estimation, and risk assessments
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and authorities, provide technical guidance during construction
- Contribute to quality assurance and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
- Registered Engineer in Abu Dhabi with an Engineering License
- Immediately available
- 3–5 years of UAE experience in civil construction and site supervision
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and technical details
- Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design, including preparation and review of drawings, specifications, and technical reports
- Experience in Planning of civil works, including project phasing, scheduling, and coordination
- Hands on experience with Stormwater Management, drainage design, and related hydrologic/hydraulic calculations
- Competence in relevant design and analysis software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, stormwater modeling tools)
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and technical reporting skills
- Effective communication and teamwork skills

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site role for a Registered Civil Engineer for Exponential General Contracting, based in Abu Dhabi.
- The engineer will prepare and review civil engineering designs, drawings, and specifications for infrastructure and land development projects.
- Daily tasks include site assessments, technical calculations, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with local codes.
- The role involves planning stormwater management systems, drainage networks, and supporting project scheduling, cost estimation, and risk assessments.

Qualifications
- Mandatory Registered Engineer in Abu Dhabi with an Engineering License
- Mandatory Immediately available
- 3–5 years of UAE experience in civil construction and site supervision
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and technical details
- Monitor site progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards
- Coordinate with suppliers, consultants, and project management teams
- Support project planning, reporting, and execution activities
- Mix of office based coordination and on site management responsibilities
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design, including preparation and review of drawings, specifications, and technical reports
