Lead and oversee regional business operations across multiple branches.
Drive sales performance, operational excellence, profitability, customer experience, and team performance in line with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive regional sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and execute commercial strategies for sustainable business growth.
- Ensure operational excellence and compliance across all branches.
- Enhance customer experience and improve customer satisfaction metrics.
- Manage labor cost, food cost, waste, and operating expenses to optimize profitability.
- Improve workforce productivity and optimize manpower planning.
- Develop digital sales channels and customer loyalty initiatives.
- Analyze sales, financial, and operational performance to support strategic decisions.
- Lead, coach, and develop Regional, Area, and Restaurant Managers.
- Monitor KPIs and implement corrective action plans.
- Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and HR.
- Drive organizational culture, values, and change-management initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in multi-branch operations, sales, or regional management.
- Strong experience in QSR.
- Proven ability to manage P&L, KPIs, and operational performance.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and stakeholder-management abilities.
