Job Summary
Express Food Company is seeking a Talent Management Manager to lead talent strategy for a rapidly growing Quick Service Restaurant business.
The role reports to senior Human Resources leadership and is responsible for performance management, succession planning, leadership development, career growth frameworks, and a high-performance culture.
The position oversees talent management, leadership pipelines, and talent analytics across a rapidly expanding QSR organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Talent Management function, including performance management, succession planning, leadership development, and talent analytics.
- Develop and execute talent strategy supporting business growth, workforce capability, and organizational excellence.
- Design and implement performance management frameworks that drive accountability, development, and high performance.
- Lead succession planning to ensure leadership pipeline strength and readiness for critical roles.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify high-potential talent and create tailored development plans.
- Build and roll out leadership development programs aligned with the Company's growth strategy.
- Establish talent review processes and use workforce and talent analytics for data-driven decisions.
- Foster continuous learning, feedback, and career growth across all organizational levels.
- Advise the Executive Leadership Team on talent, capability, and organizational development matters.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- A Master's degree is an advantage.
- At least 5 years of progressive Talent Management or HR experience, including 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- Experience leading performance management, succession planning, and leadership development programs in a large multi-site organization.
- Background in QSR, Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Retail, FMCG, or Manufacturing.
- Success building talent pipelines and organizational capability in a high-growth environment.
- Strong analytical skills using talent and workforce data to inform decisions.
- Leadership, stakeholder management, coaching, and communication capabilities.
- SHRM-SCP, CIPD, or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Fluent English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
