The Regional Sales Manager will lead food service sales operations across an assigned region of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The role may cover the West and South region or the Central and East region.
The position is responsible for revenue growth, market share, profitability, and regional execution.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue, profit, and market-share targets.
- Lead, mentor, and coach Unit Managers across multiple areas.
- Build and grow relationships with key HORECA customers.
- Own annual sales planning, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, and the Commercial Director on promotions, product availability, and strategy.
- Manage regional budgets and drive cost-effective, profitable growth.
- Monitor market trends and competitive intelligence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of progressive sales management experience.
- Experience in food service or FMCG is preferred.
- Proven track record leading regional or multi-location sales teams.
- Experience with high-profile HORECA clients is preferred.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
