- Set individual and team sales goals and monitor performance regularly.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members.
- Collaborate with Brand & Innovation, Science, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and contractual terms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager
- Prior experience in FMCG/FMCH company is a plus
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Strong analytical skills with attention to forecast accuracy
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
- Results driven mindset with strong commercial acumen

- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management, work closely with the Sales Force Effectiveness team to assess team performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members.
- Collaborate with the Brand & Innovation Team / Science / Supply Chain / Finance teams to optimize sales efforts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and contractual terms.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, prior experience in an FMCG / FMCH company is a plus.
