About the Role
Opella is seeking a Medical Sales Representative in Jeddah to maximize sales and market share of assigned OTC and VMS products. The role involves promoting products, visiting pharmacies, and building relationships with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities
- Promote Opella products to healthcare professionals
- Conduct regular visits to pharmacies to monitor product availability and movement
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Develop weekly and monthly visit plans in consultation with line manager
- Maintain and update product and competition knowledge
- Identify and establish new business opportunities
- Update doctor cards and lists with required information
- Communicate regularly with key opinion leaders and report market feedback
- Support District Manager with knowledge transfer to new hires
- Ensure compliance with internal Code of Ethics and company procedures
Requirements
- Experience in sales or medical sales
- Knowledge of OTC and VMS products
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Valid driver's license and access to a car

About the Job
- Maximize sales and market share of assigned Opella products in the designated area by conducting sales promotions in line with Company strategy, rules and local regulations.
- Support the District Manager / Sales Manager in knowledge transfer to new hires.
Key Results / Accountabilities
- Promote Opella products.
- Conduct regular visits of pharmacies to monitor product availability and movement.
- Introduction of new products.
- Use sales techniques and operational tools to achieve sales objectives.
- Supply quality medical information to healthcare professionals in compliance with professional ethics.
- Identify customers and manage sales promotion to target doctors to achieve targets.
- Develop weekly and monthly visit plans in consultation with line manager.
- Maintain and update product and competition knowledge.
- Identify and establish new business.
- Update all required information on doctor cards and list.
- Implement ongoing targeting and profiling of customers.
- Communicate regularly with key opinion leaders and report market feedback.

- Abide by the requirements of the internal Code of Ethics.
- Maintain high professional standards of conduct in line with Company procedure.
