In this role, you will:

  • Manage a portfolio of customer engagements across the MEA region, from small to complex deployments.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead project planning, execution, governance, and delivery activities.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, monitor progress, manage risks, and proactively address issues.
  • Facilitate regular project status meetings, executive reviews, and stakeholder communications.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Support, Technical Delivery teams, and Partners.
  • Monitor project scope, deliverables, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and drive expansion.
  • Manage customer training coordination and operational activities.
  • Support operational excellence through project administration, reporting, and compliance.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of Professional Services processes, tools, and service offerings.

To be successful in this role you have:

  • 5–7 years of project or program management experience within cybersecurity, enterprise software, IT services, or Professional Services organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience managing customer facing projects throughout the full project lifecycle.
  • Strong customer engagement and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Collaborative and team oriented mindset.
  • High levels of accountability, ownership, and attention to detail.
  • Adaptability and resilience.
  • Ability to understand customer technical requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
  • Expert use of MS Office Suite, CRMs (SFDC preferred).
  • Experience using project management platforms such as MS Project, Wrike, Jira, or equivalent.
