Role Overview
The Regional Manager - West oversees end-to-end processes and operations within the branch location.
The role manages customer service, staff, productivity, business growth, financial matters, compliance, and sales support.
Essential Functions
- Exceed customer expectations through high-quality service.
- Optimize branch transactions, increase sales, decrease costs, and improve staffing productivity.
- Drive growth within the designated geographical area and maximize business potential.
- Maintain productivity, competitive efficiency, and quality.
- Follow ISO policies, company standards, the Code of Conduct, and local law.
- Manage P&L, accounting, financial controlling, and strategic planning.
- Prepare the annual local budget, including investments and staffing.
- Develop customer relationships with sales and accompany sales calls as needed.
- Implement and maintain standardized processes, structures, and systems.
- Manage personnel and HR matters, including training and workforce planning.
