Role Overview
The Regional Manager will build and scale career services for an assigned region from the ground up.
The role generates corporate leads, converts them into hiring partners, and delivers summer internships and final placements.
The position is responsible for placement targets, quality benchmarks, recruiter retention, and repeat engagement.
Key Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in placements, corporate relations, or business development is required.
- A strong industry network, negotiation and communication skills, and leadership and stakeholder management ability are required.
- An MBA is preferred.
Corporate Outreach
- Develop a greenfield corporate engagement strategy and prioritize target companies across sectors.
- Generate leads through calls, email, LinkedIn, industry networks, associations, events, conferences, and alumni referrals.
- Build a recruiter pipeline and regional corporate database from scratch.
