Role Overview
The Regional Director (RD) is responsible for driving the growth, productivity, and profitability of Keller Williams Market Centers within their region. This position develops and supports Team Leaders, recruits top talent, and ensures that KW’s culture and systems are fully adopted and executed. The RD plays a critical role in shaping the success of Team Leaders, associates, and Market Center operations while promoting KW’s unique value proposition in the real estate industry. The RD ensures the region has a powerful training calendar that provides value to the entire region, including top agents and leaders.
The RD leads a powerful Top 100 Mega Agent Community that exists or will be created immediately, providing support, value, and tools to help retain top agents and recruit new high-performing talent.
