Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree. Four (4) years of relevant education and work experience may be substituted for degree
Minimum of twelve (12) years of progressive experience in sales, customer experience, client success, operations, business development, or related disciplines, including a minimum of five (5) years in a management role leading direct reports
Proven experience managing and developing high-performing teams
Advanced expertise in sales operations, client retention, and relationship management
Experience developing and implementing sales strategies, onboarding programs, and customer retention initiatives
Demonstrated success leading customer-facing teams and driving measurable business results
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build strong relationships across all levels of an organization
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, CRM systems, and customer relationship management best practices
Preferred Requirements
Experience within real estate, coaching, consulting, franchise, or professional services industries
Experience leading enterprise sales, customer success, or client experience functions
Experience developing scalable customer engagement, onboarding, and retention programs
