About the Role

Responsibilities
- Represent OnsaFX across region at expos, conferences, seminars, and key industry events
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of Introducing Brokers (IBs) and strategic partners
- Grow regional visibility by introducing OnsaFX and communicating brand values
- Host and coordinate community sessions, meetups, and educational events (online and in person)
- Deliver market updates, platform/product walk throughs, and business presentations for potential partners
- Work closely with internal team to execute regional expansion strategies and report on market feedback
- Maintain a professional, credible presence as a brand leader representing OnsaFX in the region
Requirements
- Must be based in Russia/CIS countries/Dubai with ability to travel regionally
- Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in the Forex/CFD industry (brokerage, IB network, sales, business development, education, or related)
- Strong understanding of brokerage models, IB structures, and partner growth strategies
- Confident public communicator with ability to present professionally
- Proven ability to build relationships and close partnerships (especially within trading communities)
- Strong organizational skills, self management, and ability to operate independently
- High professional standards, integrity, and alignment with a regulated environment

Qualifications & Requirements

Preferred Skills
- Existing network of IBs, educators, or trading communities in Russian/CIS markets.
- Experience attending/exhibiting at major industry events.
- Multilingual capabilities (English required; Russian is a plus).
- Experience creating educational or business content.
- Familiarity with trading platforms (MT4/MT5 knowledge is a plus).
