Oversee accounting operations across a portfolio of properties.

Manage financial reporting, close processes, cash management, audits, tax coordination, lender reporting, and team management.

Oversee monthly and year-end close, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and financial statements.
Ensure general ledger accuracy, including balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations.
Manage AP, AR, cash balances, debt payments, and investor distributions.
Review financial reports and budget-to-actual variance analysis.
Oversee lender reporting, covenant compliance, and reserve draw packages.
Coordinate audit and tax activities with external auditors and advisors.
Lead accounting setup and onboarding for new properties and entities.
Establish and monitor accounting controls, policies, and procedures.
Lead, mentor, and manage the accounting team.
Partner with leadership, property teams, lenders, auditors, and stakeholders.
Identify process gaps, resolve accounting issues, and drive continuous improvement.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in real estate or property accounting.
