Role Overview
Work as a qualified Chartered Accountant in a client-facing accounting role supporting real estate-sector clients.
The role requires professional presentation, strong communication, analytical ability, flexibility, and effective independent and team-based work.
The position supports clients including private equity investors, developers, fund managers, brokers, and property organizations.
Vendor Management
- Initiate and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and correcting discrepancies.
- Coordinate vendor onboarding and credentialing to verify insurance coverage and compliance with GSD standards.
Accounting and Financial Management
- Process vendor invoice and payment requests and respond to related calls and emails.
- Perform general ledger posting and record-to-report accounting activities.
- Enter point-of-sale transactions and invoices into RealPage for residential clients.
- Prepare daily bank receipt journal entries, customer invoices, and receipt applications in Yardi.
- Resolve issues across accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, invoices, and receipts.
