Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of regional accounts, with a particular focus on Italian partners
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Present packaging solutions tailored to client needs
- Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate commercial terms
- Coordinate with internal teams on pricing, logistics, and after sales support
- Monitor market trends and provide regular sales forecasts and reports
- Represent the company at relevant meetings, visits, and events
Requirements
- Strong account management and sales skills, including client relationship building, opportunity identification, and negotiation
- Fluency in Italian and English, with clear, professional communication skills in both languages
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in packaging, industrial equipment, or related sectors
- Ability to analyze customer needs and market trends, prepare accurate proposals and reports, and use CRM or sales management tools effectively
- High level of organization, time management, and follow through
- Collaborative mindset, comfortable working with cross functional teams
- Comfort with on site client visits across the region and willingness to travel as required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

Role Description
- The Regional Account Manager – Italian Speaking is a full time, on site role based in Dubai.
