We are currently seeking a compassionate and professional Registered Health Care Aide (HCA) to provide one-to-one client support in Burnaby.
This role is ideal for an experienced Health Care Aide who is passionate about promoting independence, dignity, safety, and quality of life while delivering person-centred care and support.
The successful candidate will develop a positive and respectful working relationship with the client while assisting with activities of daily living, community participation, mobility, and individualized support needs as outlined in the care plan.
This position requires a dependable, mature, and professional individual who can work independently while maintaining a high standard of care and confidentiality.
