Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, repair, or refurbishment environment.

Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to follow documented processes and work instructions.

Basic IT skills and experience recording information accurately.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Ability to work to productivity and quality targets.

Experience undertaking product testing or quality inspections.

Knowledge of electrical or mechanical products.

Experience using SAP or other warehouse/manufacturing systems.

Understanding of continuous improvement or lean manufacturing principles.
