- Source and recruit candidates for niche technology roles
- Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate hiring needs
- Use ATS and sourcing tools to manage recruitment pipeline
- Negotiate salaries with candidates
- Handle documentation related to recruitment
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in IT Recruitment (Technical Recruitments)
- Proven success in hiring for niche technology roles (React, Java, Cloud, Data, SAP, Salesforce, etc.)
- Strong understanding of IT skills, project structures, and technology stacks
- Experience in both volume hiring and niche/senior level hiring
- Strong interviewing/screening skills
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with ATS systems, recruitment analytics, and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Bayt.com, Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast paced environment
- Experience in GCC hiring
- Salary Negotiation with candidates
