Seeking a digitally savvy Product Owner to drive end-to-end digital product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery and adoption.
The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, technology teams, and internal platforms such as SPARKS.
Stakeholder Engagement & Needs Discovery
- Lead need capture initiatives and validate product roadmaps
- Manage kick-offs and ongoing engagement with business stakeholders
- Align priorities with internal teams and governance committees
- Estimate business benefits with stakeholders
Business Requirements & Solution Design
- Gather and document business requirements
- Translate requirements into solution designs
- Define implementation scope and validate feasibility
- Conduct fit-gap analysis with existing solutions
Product Ownership & Delivery
- Own and manage product backlog
- Drive sprint planning and delivery cycles
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure alignment with business needs
Portfolio Management
- Manage product lifecycle from ideation to sunset
- Define and track KPIs
- Provide regular performance updates to stakeholders
Change Management & Adoption
- Develop communication and training materials
- Drive adoption strategies with business teams
- Gather feedback post-launch and iterate improvements
Communication & Reporting
- Create high-quality presentations for leadership forums
- Support SPARKS-related communication and reporting
- Act as a bridge between business and technology teams
Key Requirements
- Digitally savvy with strong understanding of digital products
- Minimum 5 years experience in Product Ownership, Digital Delivery, or Project Management
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent presentation skills (PowerPoint, Canva)
- Ability to work cross-functionally in complex environments
