- Source, attract, and engage candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Build and manage talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and cultural fit.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing and selection strategies.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate hiring processes.
- Support employer branding initiatives to position PSI as a top employer in the UAE.
- Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment reports in the ATS.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 5 years’ recruitment experience in the UAE (agency or in house)
- Currently based in the UAE
- Arabic or European language proficiency (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, networking)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast paced environment
- Familiarity with UAE labor law and recruitment practices (advantage)

Role Requirements
- Minimum 3 5 years’ recruitment experience in the UAE (agency or in house).
- Currently based in the UAE. (Immediate Joiners are Preferred)
