- Source, attract, and recruit experienced real estate agents
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates based on skills, performance, and cultural fit
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified real estate professionals
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and hiring goals
- Develop effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and networking
- Ensure a professional and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Track recruitment performance and continuously improve hiring efficiency
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting Dubai real estate agents
- Proven success in hiring high performing sales professionals
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
- Ability to source, screen, and interview candidates effectively
- Experience managing the full recruitment cycle
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, target driven environment
- Strong understanding of sales psychology, performance, and company culture
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms is mandatory
