Responsibilities
- Manage full cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
- Partner with senior leadership and department heads to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels to identify qualified candidates
- Manage direct sourcing efforts, headhunting, and talent mapping
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and feedback sessions with hiring managers
- Support negotiation of offers and finalization of employment contracts
- Maintain accurate records in ATS and prepare recruitment dashboards and reports
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and process improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment channels, and ATS platforms
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with HRIS and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Loxo, Greenhouse, Workday)

Job Purpose
- The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the full cycle recruitment process to attract, assess, and hire top talent aligned with organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Partnering with senior leadership and department heads to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Sourcing & Candidate Engagement: Utilizing multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Recruitment Process Management: Managing the end to end recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
- Reporting & Compliance: Maintaining accurate records of recruitment activities, candidate data, and hiring outcomes in the ATS.
- Employer Branding & Process Improvement: Contributing to employer branding initiatives and identifying opportunities to enhance the recruitment process.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment channels, and ATS platforms.
