Responsibilities
- Lead the use of AI tools across social media planning, content creation, copywriting, creative production, research, reporting, and workflow automation
- Develop AI supported social media calendars for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
- Create high quality AI assisted content including captions, campaign copy, short form posts, carousels, visuals, video concepts, scripts, and content variation
- Use generative AI tools to develop multiple creative angles, audience specific messaging, and campaign variations for testing
- Identify and implement opportunities to automate repetitive marketing tasks using AI and no code tools
- Build and improve workflows using platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva AI, Midjourney, CapCut AI, Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar tools
- Conduct AI supported competitor analysis, trend monitoring, audience research, sentiment analysis, and content opportunity mapping
- Support paid social campaigns through AI led creative testing, copy variations, audience insight generation, and performance optimization
- Analyse social media and campaign performance using AI tools and reporting platforms, translating data into clear recommendations
- Work closely with design, content, PR, performance marketing, product, and compliance teams to deliver AI enabled campaigns
- Ensure all AI generated content is accurate, brand aligned, compliant, and reviewed before publication
- Stay updated on emerging AI marketing tools, platform capabilities, and best practices, recommending practical use cases for the business
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, content marketing, growth marketing, or a related role
- Strong hands on experience using AI tools for marketing, content creation, research, automation, analytics, or campaign optimization
- Practical experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva AI, CapCut AI, Midjourney, Runway, Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, algorithms, audience behaviour, and engagement trends
- Strong English copywriting skills
- Experience creating AI assisted visuals, short form videos, social posts, carousels, and campaign assets
- Familiarity with social media analytics, campaign reporting, and performance metrics
- Basic understanding of paid social media advertising and creative performance testing is preferred
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
- A curious, experimental mindset with a genuine interest in AI, automation, digital trends, and new marketing technologies
