- Draft and edit articles, case studies, marketing collateral, internal documentation, and client facing materials.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and marketing teams to translate complex technical concepts into accessible narratives tailored to different audiences.
- Research industry trends, maintain consistent brand voice, optimize content for digital channels where relevant, and ensure all materials are accurate, well structured, and aligned with INNOV8’s objectives.
Requirements
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to produce clear, concise, and structured content for technical and non technical audiences.
- Experience in technology related content (e.g., cybersecurity, cloud, AI) or a demonstrated ability to quickly learn and write about complex technical topics.
- Background in content creation for multiple formats such as blog posts, articles, case studies, web pages, and marketing materials.
- Excellent research skills and attention to detail, including the ability to verify technical information and synthesize inputs from subject matter experts.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross functional teams in an on site environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Technical Writing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with digital publishing tools, basic SEO practices, and content management systems is an advantage.
- Prior experience in a technology company or consulting environment, especially in Colombo or similar markets, is a plus.
