- Familiarity with geotechnics, civil engineering, geo risks, drones, AI, or robotics applied to construction

Role Description
- The Writer will create clear, accurate, and engaging written materials that support SMARTSKY ENGINEERING’s technical, training, and research activities.
- Day to day responsibilities include drafting and editing technical documents, case studies, project summaries, training materials, internal reports, and web content related to geotechnics, geo risks, and construction technologies.
- The role involves collaborating with engineers and researchers to translate complex concepts into accessible content, ensuring consistency with company standards and terminology.
- The Writer will also contribute to marketing and communication materials, including articles, brochures, and digital content that highlight services, projects, and innovations.
- This is a full time, on site role based in Bangalore Urban.
Qualifications
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to present technical and scientific information in clear, structured, and reader friendly language.
- Experience creating technical documentation, reports, case studies, or training content, preferably in engineering, construction, or related domains.
- Ability to conduct independent research, verify information, and collaborate closely with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Proficiency in English writing; knowledge of French or other languages related to the company’s operations is an advantage.
- Familiarity with or interest in geotechnics, civil engineering, geo risks, drones, AI, or robotics applied to construction is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a structured manner.
- Comfort working on site in a multidisciplinary environment and participating in meetings, briefings, and reviews with diverse teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Technical Writing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
