- Manage full recruitment cycles for mid, senior, and executive roles across various industries
- Conduct market mapping, headhunting, and targeted outreach to identify top tier talent
- Assess candidates through structured interviews, competency based evaluations, and psychometric insights
- Prepare shortlists, detailed candidate reports, and recommendations for clients
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring expectations and deliverables are met
- Understand client business models, workforce structures, and hiring needs to build accurate search strategies
- Lead client meetings, progress discussions, and presentation of shortlists
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in recruitment and executive search
- Participate in sales meetings, pitches, and partnership discussions
- Develop tailored proposals, presentations, and commercial offers
- Coach and guide junior recruiters to ensure high quality delivery
- Improve and enhance internal recruitment processes, tools, and best practices
Requirements
- Must be based in Saudi Arabia and fluent in Arabic (native level)
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 6–10 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or executive search
- Agency experience is strongly preferred
- Proven ability to manage senior level and executive mandates
- Strong client management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to write professional proposals, commercial offers, and client documentation
- Deep understanding of the Saudi talent market and hiring landscape

Role Overview
- We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who can lead end to end recruitment and executive search mandates, manage client relationships, support business development, and prepare high quality proposals.
- The ideal candidate has prior experience in a recruitment or executive search agency and can handle multiple client engagements with professionalism and excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience
