Our client, a fast-growing technology company, seeks a PKI Operations Manager to lead and strengthen PKI operations in Saudi Arabia. This hands-on role involves managing Certificate Authority services, HSM operations, and ensuring audit readiness.

Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee day to day operations of the PKI environment
- Manage and support Certificate Authority (CA) services and related trust infrastructure components
- Oversee certificate lifecycle activities including issuance, renewal, suspension, revocation, and validation services
- Ensure operations follow approved procedures, governance standards, and certificate policies
- Maintain operational logs and evidence for sensitive activities
- Coordinate Hardware Security Module (HSM) operations and secure key management activities
- Support key ceremonies and controlled cryptographic processes
- Strengthen internal ownership and operational maturity of PKI capabilities
- Maintain and continuously improve PKI operational procedures, runbooks, and documentation
- Contribute to policy and process alignment across PKI operations
- Ensure audit evidence remains complete, organized, and accessible
- Lead operational execution of PKI related changes and enhancements
Requirements
- Proven experience managing PKI / Certificate Authority (CA) operations
- Strong hands on knowledge of X.509 certificates, certificate lifecycle management, HSMs, secure key handling, and highly available PKI environments
- Experience with access control, segregation of duties, incident response, backup, disaster recovery, logging, and operational governance
- Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, WebTrust, ETSI, or equivalent regulated environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC markets is preferred

Requirements
