About Nuqtah Business Solutions

Nuqtah Business Solutions is a Saudi-based consulting and staff augmentation company providing professional resources and business support services to clients across Saudi Arabia, including consulting firms, private sector organizations, and government-related projects.

We are looking for a highly capable Recruitment & HR Specialist based in Riyadh who can support our recruitment pipeline, HR operations, and employee administration for Saudi-based engagements.

Role Overview

The Recruitment & HR Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified candidates based on client and project requirements.

The ideal candidate must have exceptional LinkedIn sourcing skills, strong recruitment experience, and a solid understanding of Saudi labor law, employment practices, and HR documentation.

In addition to recruitment, the candidate will support wider HR functions including offer letters, employment contracts, onboarding, payroll coordination, leave management, employee records, and HR compliance.

Key Responsibilitiesrecruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Source candidates based on role requirements provided by Nuqtah or its clients.
  • Use LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and other sourcing channels to identify strong candidates.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for consulting, project management, strategy, finance, HR, IT, and other professional roles.
  • Screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable profiles.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates, Nuqtah, and client representatives.
  • Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment status reports.
  • Support salary benchmarking and candidate negotiation.
  • Ensure candidates understand role requirements, location, client expectations, and engagement terms.
  • Maintain confidentiality of candidate, client, and commercial information.

Linkedin Sourcing

  • Conduct advanced LinkedIn searches using filters, Boolean search, and targeted outreach.
  • Identify passive candidates and engage them professionally.
  • Write effective candidate outreach messages.
  • Maintain and manage LinkedIn candidate pipelines.
  • Track responses, follow-ups, and candidate availability.
  • Build a database of Saudi-experienced professionals across key sectors.

Hr Operations

  • Prepare and coordinate offer letters.
  • Support employment contract preparation in line with Saudi requirements.
  • Assist with onboarding documentation and employee file creation.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, deductions, allowances, and payment records.
  • Track employee leave, absences, and HR approvals.
  • Maintain employee records and documentation.
  • Support HR policies, forms, letters, and administrative templates.
  • Assist with employee queries related to contracts, leave, payroll, and HR procedures.
  • Coordinate joining formalities, document collection, and onboarding schedules.

Saudi Hr & Compliance Support

  • Demonstrate knowledge of Saudi labor law and employment practices.
  • Support preparation of HR documents aligned with Saudi market standards.
  • Understand basic Saudi employment requirements related to contracts, probation, working hours, leave, end-of-service, and termination processes.
  • Support compliance with client and project requirements in Saudi Arabia.
  • Ensure employment documentation is accurate, professional, and properly maintained.

Required Experience

  • 3–6 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.
  • Experience recruiting for Saudi Arabia or GCC-based companies is required.
  • Previous experience working with Saudi clients, Saudi companies, or Saudi-based recruitment is highly preferred.
  • Strong experience using LinkedIn for sourcing and recruitment.
  • Experience hiring professional, consulting, technical, or project-based resources.
  • Good understanding of Saudi labor law and HR practices.
  • Experience preparing or coordinating offer letters, contracts, payroll inputs, onboarding, and leave tracking.
  • Experience in staff augmentation, consulting, manpower, recruitment agency, or professional services is a plus.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional LinkedIn sourcing and candidate search skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Arabic language skills are highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes.
  • Ability to screen candidates professionally and accurately.
  • Good knowledge of Saudi HR documentation and labor law basics.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Able to work remotely with minimal supervision.
  • Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information.
  • Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, HR trackers, LinkedIn, email, and online meeting tools.
