- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate pipelines
- Support offer letters, onboarding documents, contracts, payroll inputs, and leave tracking
- Assist with Saudi HR documentation and compliance requirements
Requirements
- 1–3 years of recruitment or HR experience
- Strong LinkedIn sourcing skills
- Experience recruiting in Saudi Arabia or the GCC
- Good understanding of Saudi HR practices and employment documentation
- Strong English communication skills
- Arabic is a plus
- Organized, responsive, and able to work independently
- Experience in recruitment agencies, consulting, staff augmentation, manpower, or professional services is preferred

Recruitment & HR Assistant
