Role Overview
- Zagros Search is a specialist legal executive search firm operating across Germany, the UK and the United States.
- We advise leading international law firms on strategic hiring mandates, ranging from associates and counsel through to partner and team moves.
- We are looking for an ambitious, commercially minded consultant who enjoys speaking with senior professionals, building relationships and opening new opportunities in the market.
- This is not a transactional recruitment role. Success comes from developing trusted relationships with clients and candidates, understanding market dynamics and becoming a genuine adviser within your specialist area.
- The successful individual will work closely with the founders, key stakeholders across the business and a growing international client base.
- The role will involve engaging with senior lawyers, partners and law firm leadership teams across Europe and North America, identifying opportunities, developing new business relationships and helping drive the continued growth of the firm.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building relationships with senior legal professionals and law firm partners.
