About the Role
Zagros Search is hiring a German-speaking Legal Executive Search Consultant to join their Dubai office. You will build relationships with senior legal professionals, manage executive search assignments, and advise clients on hiring strategies.

Responsibilities
- Build long term relationships with partners, senior lawyers and law firm leaders across Germany
- Identify and develop strategic opportunities with leading international and domestic law firms
- Manage executive search assignments from initial briefing through to successful completion
- Conduct detailed market mapping, competitor analysis and talent intelligence projects
- Advise clients on hiring strategies, market trends and competitive positioning
- Introduce exceptional legal talent to firms undergoing strategic growth
- Develop new business relationships whilst growing existing client partnerships
- Work closely with colleagues across Dubai, London and our international network
- Travel internationally to meet clients, candidates and attend market events
Requirements
- Native or fluent German language skills
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building ability
- Confidence engaging with senior professionals and decision makers
- Commercial awareness and genuine ambition
- High personal standards and strong accountability

What You'll Do
