- Build and grow a portfolio of enterprise, government and private sector clients across key Middle East markets
- Develop specialist knowledge across technology disciplines including Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data & AI, Software Engineering, ERP and Digital Transformation
- Generate new business through proactive outreach, networking, referral generation, social selling and relationship led sales activity
- Act as a trusted talent advisor, supporting clients with hiring strategies, workforce planning, talent mapping and market intelligence
- Build strong relationships with senior decision makers including technology leaders, transformation teams and procurement stakeholders
- Deliver high quality recruitment solutions for critical and leadership level appointments across technology and digital functions
- Support clients with strategic hiring initiatives, including large scale team builds, transformation programmes and business critical projects
- Build and maintain a strong network of technology professionals, leveraging headhunting, market mapping and targeted sourcing strategies
- Provide an outstanding candidate experience through effective communication, market guidance, interview preparation and onboarding support
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years' agency recruitment experience, ideally within technology, IT or digital recruitment
- Proven track record recruiting technical, digital or technology focused positions
- Demonstrated success generating new business and developing lasting client relationships
- Comfortable managing the complete recruitment lifecycle (360 recruitment)
- Strong communication skills, professional and credible
- Results driven, target oriented and motivated by achieving individual and team success

Role Overview

What You'll Be Doing
- Market Development: Build and grow a portfolio of enterprise, government and private sector clients across key Middle East markets.
- Technology Recruitment Expertise: Develop specialist knowledge across technology disciplines including Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data & AI, Software Engineering, ERP and Digital Transformation.
- Industry Insight: Keep abreast of technology hiring trends, digital transformation initiatives and emerging market demands.
- Business Development: Generate new business through proactive outreach, networking, referral generation, social selling and relationship led sales activity.
- Consultative Partnership: Act as a trusted talent advisor, supporting clients with hiring strategies, workforce planning, talent mapping and market intelligence.

What We're Looking For
- Recruitment Experience: Minimum 4 years' agency recruitment experience, ideally within technology, IT or digital recruitment.
- Technology Recruitment Background: Proven track record recruiting technical, digital or technology focused positions.
- Business Development Capability: Demonstrated success generating new business and developing lasting client relationships.
- Strong Communication Skills: Professional, confident and credible when engaging with both clients and candidates.
- 360 Recruitment Experience: Comfortable managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from winning business through to successful placement.
- Organisation & Time Management: Able to effectively prioritise workloads and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Commercial Mindset: Results driven, target oriented and motivated by achieving both individual and team success.
- Relationship Builder: Skilled at developing trusted partnerships and creating long term value for clients and candidates.
