Overview
- As part of the development of our EMEA activities, we are looking for a trilingual Recruitment Consultant / Business Developer (French – German – English) to join our Dubai office.
- This role is strongly focused on business development and new client acquisition within the railway, civil engineering and energy sectors, with an initial focus on German-speaking countries.
- Your responsibilities
- Develop and open new client accounts across EMEA markets
- Actively prospect new clients through phone-based business development and cold calling
- Identify recruitment needs within railway, civil engineering and energy companies
- Build and manage a client portfolio
- Conduct remote client meetings
- Identify and approach qualified candidates
- Manage recruitment processes from A to Z
- Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates
- Your profile
- Fluent French, German and English are mandatory
- Experience in recruitment, business development or service sales
- Comfortable with phone-based prospecting and cold calling
- Strong commercial mindset and results-oriented approach
- Interest in technical and industrial environments
- Ability to evolve in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment
- Autonomous, energetic and relationship-driven personality
