General Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a smart, dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Talent Acquisition team in Dubai, UAE.

This is a great opportunity to be part of an expanding, high-performing team where you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions across multiple sectors.

The role covers full-cycle (360) recruitment, with a strong focus on client engagement and candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, from requirement briefing to candidate placement
  • Develop a strong understanding of client hiring needs and market dynamics
  • Conduct market mapping across local, regional, and international markets to identify talent pools
  • Source candidates using job portals, social media, and direct sourcing techniques
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines to support proactive recruitment strategies
  • Partner with senior recruiters to deliver on mandates and enhance client delivery
  • Advise on innovative sourcing strategies and tools to improve hiring outcomes
  • Achieve individual and team targets
  • Identify and win new business opportunities within your market
  • Support team objectives and collaborate closely with colleagues
  • Maintain accurate records on the CRM system
  • Carry out additional tasks as required to support business needs

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
  • 2–4 years of recruitment experience within an agency, RPO, executive search, or in-house environment
  • Proven experience in sourcing and engaging candidates across various levels
  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools, job portals, and sourcing methodologies
  • Experience in market mapping and engaging passive candidates
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
