Recruitment Associate (Temporary Contract)

We are changing the way people think about customer service, and we need your help! We’re seeking a Recruitment Associate for the recruitment of our customer service representatives.

Partner with Recruitment Managers to determine staffing needs

Interact with applicants & respond to initial inquiries

Process and track applicant job submissions

Conduct & request tests needed for hiring

Recommend ways of improving recruiting process

Participate in job fairs & hiring events

Build relationships with internal employees

Ensure orientation and the onboarding process runs smoothly

A love for people and thrives in a team environment

A professional and mature attitude

Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle a high volume of work

Good judgment on sensitive issues and can maintain confidentiality

Previous experience with interviewing and selecting candidates is an asset

1-2 years administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
