Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition Specialist

The incumbent will be responsible for supporting recruitment needs for the Office of the Provost.

This includes, but is not limited to: creating job postings, overseeing intake meetings with hiring leadership, reviewing applications and identifying candidates, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and overseeing/ supporting interview processes with hiring managers and hiring committees.

This position may be involved in projects supporting HR functions of the OTP's Business and operations team.

Other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree and, at least, 2 years of relevant professional experience
